How many days in advance should I book?
Book as early as possible! We take limited bookings, so booking sooner helps us arrange logistics and serve you better.

When do you take the decor back?
We usually take the decor back right after the event is over. If the event ends late, we’ll coordinate the pickup time accordingly

We take 50% advance and the remaining 50% after the decor is completed. If your event is on the 6th morning, but we finish the decor on the 5th night, the balance should be cleared after the decor is done on the 5th.
What if I want to cancel after booking?
If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you'll get 80% of the advance back. If it's less than 30 days, the advance is non-refundable.
